- Please share your testimony - How did you become a Christian?
- I REMEMBER MY MOTHER TELLING ME ABOUTJESUS, WHILE SHE WASHED THE DISHES WHEN I WAS ABOUT 5 YEARS OLD. WHILE I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL I WENT TO A CE CONVENTION, WHERE I TURNED MY LIFE OVER TO GOD. I WAS BAPTIZED IN MY CHURCH. AS A YOUNG MARRIED WOMEN, MY HUSBAND AND I JOINED THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH AND WAS BAPTIZED. LATER I MADE SURE OF MY SALVATION, MADE A STATEMENT OF FAITH AND WAS BAPTIZED AGAIN. TOO BAD BAPTIZIM DOES NOT SAVE, ONLY FAITH IN GOD!!!! I HAVE BEEN VERY ACTIVE IN MY CHURCH - VICTORY BAPTIST CHURCH IN CANYON CITY, OREGON.
- What are the two most important projects you have this year that you want to see happen?
- 1. I WANT TO SEE ALL MY CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN SAVED AND SERVING AND LOVING THE LORD.
2. I WANT TO SERVE MY LORD THROUGH PRAYER, CHURCH ATTENDENCE, TITHES, BIBLE STUDY THAT I SHARE WITH OTHERS.
HELLO FRIENDS.
PETE HAD HIS 78TH BIRTHDAY PARTY LAST FRIDAY. FRIENDS AND WE WENT OUT TO EAT. GOOD FOOD, GOOD FELLOWSHIP, GOOD TIMES HAD BY ALL.
NOTHING MUCH OUT OFTHE ORDINARY HAS HAPPENED. AND I'M SURE YOU DON;T WANT TO HEAR THAT I 'WASHED THE DISHES', MADE THE BED, ETC.
OUR MAIN INTREST IS GOING TO CHURCH AND PLAYING ON THE COMPUTER..
WRITE AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING.

EXERCISE
to incorporate exercise into our daily routine.
This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health
and maintain muscle mass.
If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.

Do you you live in Oregon? What part? I know it is beautiful there, we visited Medford and Ashland back in the early 90's.
Have you been on a Mission's Trip before? My father in law now 74 just got back from Kenya Africa. He went to the Bsh and preached with Derek my brother in law. That was his first trip. He was glad he went. I think everyone should go once in their life no matter how young or old. I want to take my two youngest children next time. They are 13 & 15. My oldest lived with us in the Philippines when they were babies, they are now 26 & 23. Have a Blessed week.
Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your comment. I have been quite busy since I have arrived home from Africa on Feb 19th. It was an awesome Mission Trip. I am ready to go back. I'll keep in touch Debra
Yes...you have been spelling my last name wrong....didn't matter as much as hearing from you...that has been awesome....yes even hearing how we needed to be right with God....and you are sooooooooooo right.
We had enough snow here the 2nd week of Dec. they closed the schools a week early for Christmas vacation and we now go to the 3rd week of June...we've lived here for 14 yrs+ and it's the 1st time we were required to have traction devices to get around town....
We took Russ to and from work.....to ensure his safety as best we could...some nights we had to stay up to midnight to get him...he has been going to church with us as often as he can...in fact 1 Sun he went to Sun. School....we never knew until a dear friend said she had recognized him and asked him to join her and her family..which he did......then when we arrived for the church services he sat with us.....after working all those yrs at free-linwade he was laid off....which took him and everyone by surprise then about a week or 2 after that we lost my dad...which he took hard....after we had my dad's memorial service...he went to work for our local Albertson's and he is well loved there....he really enjoys his job..even better then the 1 that laid him off...his co-workers let us know how much they love him...his smiles and efforts to help out have not got unnoticed...he doesn't know it yet but he will become Dec. employee of the month..when they present him ..his coach will call me so I can be there and get pics of this....God has been wonderful in seeing to all of our needs.....IF we trust him and have faith all things are possible..must get ready to get a few things done...just wanted to say thank you!!! we love and miss you!!!
